Pardubice, June 10th, 2013 – On June 5th, 2013, while exercising the competencies of the General Assembly, the only shareholder of Unipetrol decided to dismiss Mr. Ivan Ottis and Mr. Krzysztof Pietrzyk from the Supervisory Board of Paramo.
Ivan Ottis has been working in the Supervisory Board of Paramo since June 10th, 2009. He has been its Chairman since July 24th, 2009.
Krzysztof Pietrzyk was elected to the Supervisory Board of Paramo on December 5th, 2012.
On the same day, i.e. on June 5th, 2013, while exercising the competencies of the General Assembly, the only shareholder of Unipetrol decided to elect two new members of the Supervisory Board of Paramo, Mr. Wojciech Mora and Mr. Martin Durčák.
Wojciech Mora has been working at PKN ORLEN as the executive director for refinery wholesale since 2012. Wojciech Mora has rich experience from the oil segment. In the past, he worked with BP Europa SE as a member of its Board of Directors and, at the same time, as the director for the oil division for Central Europe. Among others, he also worked in management positions with Castrol Polska Sp. z o.o. and BP Lubes Marketing Deutschland. He has experience with oil sales, strategy preparation, management and improvement of efficiencies of several companies in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
Martin Durčák has been also a member of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL since December 5th, 2012, and a member of the Board of Directors of HC VERVA Litvínov since September 2011. Between September 2006 and August 2011, he worked as an executive of BENZINA. Between 2004 and 2006, he was the general director of ARAL. Between 1992 and 2005, he worked for ARAL in its controlling department as a financial advisor for gas stations. He also worked in international controlling departments of the company.
The Supervisory Board of Paramo has currently the following members: Wojciech Mora, Martin Durčák and Roman Bendák.
