Decisions of regional court in Hradec Králové have become final

In connection with the inside information of PARAMO, a.s. (“Paramo”) dated 28 May 2007, Paramo hereby informs that:

the decision of Regional Court in Hradec Kralové, department in Pardubice, dated 2 May 2007, Ref. No. 55 Cm 446/2006, dismissing the action of MIDDEN EUROPESE BELEGGINGSMAATSCHAPPIJ S.A., with its registered office at 16, ALL. MARCONI, L-2120, Luxembourg (“ MEB”), MEI-Tsjechië en Slowakije Fonds N.V., with its registered office at Zwiepseweg 27, 7241 GM Lochem, Netherlands (“ MEI”) and BLUE MOUNTAIN, s.r.o., with its registered office at Prague 10, Říčanská 1984/5, Zip Code: 101 00 (“Blue Mountain”), against Paramo, for declaration of invalidity of resolutions of the Extraordinary Shareholders` Meeting of Paramo held on 5 October 2006, as of 12 December 2006, became final and non-appealable on 7 June 2007 and
the decision of Regional Court in Hradec Kralové, department in Pardubice, dated 17 May 2007, Ref. No. 44 Cm 249/2006, dismissing the action of MEB, MEI and Blue Mountain against Paramo for authorization to convene the Extraordinary Shareholder`s Meeting of Paramo and all relating acts, as of 28 December 2006, became final and non-appealable on 5 July 2007.
