Paramo ensures prospective employees by searching for future experts among students. Therefore, within the scope of its Graduate Programme, it offers the graduates of universities an opportunity to obtain experience.
In the position of an assistant, the graduates will be able to apply their theoretical knowledge and obtain real experience in the everyday operation of a company. The cooperation is evaluated after one year and, by mutual agreement, the graduate may decide whether s/he wishes to stay with the company as a regular employee. If after completing the training period the graduate decides not to stay with the company for any reason, the experience and references of a well-known company will make it easier for him/her to find another job.
